Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://wellstileandstonemt.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Wells Tile and Stone reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Wells Tile and Stone markets and arranges Kitchen Tile Installation, Bathroom Tile Installation, Stone Veneer Installation, Pool Tile Installation, ADA Bathrooms, Tile Flooring, Stone Flooring, Vinyl Flooring. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://wellstileandstonemt.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Wells Tile and Stone or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Wells Tile and Stone may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Wells Tile and Stone makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Damages. Wells Tile and Stone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Wells Tile and Stone harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under MT law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in MT for any related dispute.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
